I’m an average guy that loves to fly!  Back in early 2022 I went searching for information of where to start with this hobby that took my interest when I was a child. To my surprise I could not find anything that might assist a newcomer. Fortunately, my cousin who is an avid pilot for many years gave me some pointers and through a lot of trial and crashes and help from others at my local club, I’ve managed to not only reach a level of flight that I enjoy on a weekly basis, but have discovered a great bunch of people that also share the passion.  I developed this website primarily to help new people join the hobby, to share my learnings and how it relates specficially to us folk that reside in the largest island south of the equator!
